If you have requested a collection one of our agents will be in contact in the next 24 hours to arrange a collection on a day that suits you. (fees apply).
All returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt. (Please allow 2-3 days for the balance to show once your card has been credited).

If you are unable to print this label, please make a note of your RMA number on piece of paper along with your name, order number and your address and add it inside your return.
We offer accounts to all of our trade customers. There are two types; Credit Accounts and Cash Accounts. They both give trade price benefits, with the credit accounts offering monthly credit facilities, and the Cash Accounts enabling you to pay as you go.
