Q. Do you supply to the public?

A. Yes, while Arleigh is best known as a trade wholesaler, we also supply parts directly to the public through this website.

Q. I'm retail customer, are you able to deliver directly to the site?

A. Before scheduling a direct park delivery, please verify with the caravan site operator that they permit deliveries. Some parks have restrictions and may refuse to sign for items. Refused deliveries will result in additional re-delivery charges. Additionally, please be aware that our couriers may not deliver directly to a specific caravan plot.

Q.I have a trade account, how do I log in to the website?

A. To gain access to the trade area of our website and place orders, existing trade account holders can request a website login here.

Q. I'm a trade customer and I've ordered some goods. When will I receive my invoice?

A. Your invoice will be sent by post a couple of days after your goods are dispatched. Need an additional copy? Visit our Help Center.

Q. How do I return items?

A. For returns, order issues, or any other assistance, please visit our Help Centre. Our customer service team will review and process your request as soon as possible.

Q. What are the delivery charges?

A. Delivery charges are detailed here. Trade customers please login to see delivery terms and charges.

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Yes, once your order has been despatched we will send you a link so you can track your delivery.

Q. Can I collect goods in person?

A. Arleigh operates from large central distribution sites, and unfortunately, in-person collection is not available.

Q. I can't find the item I need on your website. Can you help?

A. Yes! Use our Parts Identifier Service to help find the parts you need.

Q. What information do you need to source a spare part for an appliance?

A. We stock thousands of appliance spare parts. If you can't find the part you require or are unsure if it's the correct component, we can help. Please provide the model number and serial number of the appliance. These can be found on the appliance data badge. For reference, Belling, Stoves, and Newworld model numbers often begin with "05" or "4444". Spinflo numbers often begin with "OH", "OP", or "SCK".

Q. If I give you the make and model of my caravan, can you tell me what parts I need?

A. Unfortunately, we don't have access to full specification lists for static caravans. Please browse our website to see if you can find the part you need. If you're still unable to locate it, use our Parts Identifier Service [here](insert link here), and we'll do our best to source it for you.
