I want to return an item

I have asked for a collection, when will this take place?

We'll contact you within 24 hours to schedule a collection at your convenience. Please note that collection fees apply.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return. It may then take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What if I have received the incorrect item?

If you received the wrong item, please complete our Problem With My Order Form or visit our help centre.

Am I able to exchange my item?

We currently do not offer exchanges.

What if I am unable to print the label off?

If you cannot print your return label, please include a note inside the package with your RMA number, name, order number, and address.

We offer credit and pay as you go accounts...

We offer accounts to all of our trade customers. There are two types; Credit Accounts and Cash Accounts. They both give trade price benefits, with the credit accounts offering monthly credit facilities, and the Cash Accounts enabling you to pay as you go.
