Where can I find my order number and product code?
You can find your order number either on your order paperwork or order confirmation email. It will look like below.
I have asked for a collection, when will this take place?
We'll contact you within 24 hours to schedule a collection at your convenience. Please note that collection fees apply.
How long will my refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return. It may then take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
What if I have received the incorrect item?
If you received the wrong item, please complete our Problem With My Order Form or visit our Help Centre.
Am I able to exchange my item?
We currently do not offer exchanges.
What if I am unable to print the label off?
If you cannot print your return label, please include a note inside the package with your RMA number, name, order number, and address.
